Home 'Sweat' Home!

My mission continues, with a fresh focus and creative business outreach. For over 6 years, I have been in the corner for hundreds of individuals working towards meaningful and personal health goals in the gym setting. From sport specific training, weight loss, metabolic disorder management and injury prevention/relief, it is my greatest joy to witness the evolution of the physical and emotional body as they heal and strengthen simultaneously.

Passionate about this journey, I wanted to extract the gym culture from this process, which can dilute spiritual awareness and long term success. I now meet my clients in their home, where they sleep, eat, work and play. Lifestyle changes that last start in the home, not the gym, which is why my clients find it easier to integrate their health changes into the rest of their day and associate 'home' with being 'healthy'.

Being a lover of nature and fresh air, workouts with my clients will be taken outside at a nearby park or your own backyard on those be-loved northwest sunny days. Connecting to the elements brings fresh and intuitive thought and most often results in positive mental health benefits. Studies have shown that avoiding the gym and opting for an outdoor workout shows 50% greater mental benefits.

My take on weight loss? Make your mental and emotional health your number one priority- otherwise the high cortisol levels in your blood won't allow for the  'calories-in vs calories-out' theory to work. Which is why many people end up quitting their workouts, as they are led to believe that the treadmill torture is not working.

Of course my clients can count on me prioritizing mainstream, however essential factors, including: nutrition, flexibility and core. You will not achieve a flat stomach with a sloppy diet, or strong and functional muscles without flexibility, or power and performance without core!

It is my life intent to spread health education and self-love to as many people as possible.

Stay tuned on my blog and website as I share my own and my clients success stories in our Journey of Greatness!
